I sure think so, I have been trying to beat the heat this week. decided to try some detox infused water Some good points are that it will help keep the calories down, reduce my soda intake (lose the chemicals) and that bloaty look and feeling from the weather. It's been a lifesaver
My infused water has lemon, lime and cucumber and a drop of Young Living Peppermint oil. (Oh gosh don't do two drops its potent!) My friend Carol has cucumber, mint leaves and berries. (Maybe she will comment what they were, I forgot.) And thanks to my daughter Cassandra. I use my infused glass bottle from Oakland University (Michigan) All the time. Gave one to Carol because Sharing is Caring ;) What combinations will you come up with?
