So apparently according to my instructors, I'm just a kitchen mess. yeah. I'm no master chef and putting all the ingredients in little bowls ... that just makes for one unhappy dishwasher (ME), but I'm trying it. I'm told I have too much kitchen clutter. I'd agree. So it's all about roasting today. Another wonderful fall side dish. This week I was challenged to do a root dish. uh yeah. Let's not talk about that burnt kale ok... haha. The rest of it was delicious. If you take anything from these posts it's that nothing is perfect. I chucked the kale and ate the rest. The end. It's not the end of the world. Ingredients

This month is going to be about root vegetables and why not? It's fall. I love cooking squash and pumpkins. I would cook more if I knew what to do with them. Today I made some ginger carrots. Seriously easy peasy. Roasted Ginger Carrots
