I know it may seem selfish and it took me a long time to figure out, that if I didn't take care of myself then I wouldn't have anything to give anyone else
A few stolen moments to yourself can make a huge difference. You must take time for you.... you deserve it.
Say it out loud I DESERVE IT..... one more time and mean it. I DESERVE IT.....
