I have quite the project ahead of me. Inventory. I have some items here, I have some items there. Oh I have some in the works, I have some I should just toss, as I'm never going to finish them. I do get bored and just don't feel the energy of the piece any more. I started to put a few items I came across in my photos into the store. I do have a few at a local gallery also. I need to pay a crazy fee just to place an "add to cart button". Not ready for that just yet. Because this is going to be a long process, what I am going to do is keep it turned off until I'm all set and loaded. If you see something you need I can invoice you via paypal or square and it's yours! If you would like I can also put it on ebay or etsy and give you a private sale that way. I'm just being frugal for a short time :)

I will be adding this piece to the store this week. Along with many others. This is going to be a class this spring. The art of mosaics is so stress relieving. We chat, break tiles, create fun art and sometimes solve some problems. Life coaching doesn't have to be all clinical.
"Tree" its as simple as that it's just a tree This was an experiment with mixed media pieces. Beads, buttons, fancy ceramic heart pieces and lots of broken tile and glass. Ready to hang. $25. Shipping would be additional. I would have to measure it but it's around 12x12. #mosaic #recycledart #upcycled #mosaictree. The question I receive the most is "Which diffuser do I like better?" Well honestly, I have only ever owned the Bamboo diffuser. It was the one offered in the Young Living kits at the time. After 3 years, it's still going strong (well it does huff and puff and grind, yes it grinds , a little) I love how the essential oils are dispersed into the room. I am hoping it lasts until I can earn the rainstone one, I like the look of it and the remote would be nice. Who am I kidding I will lose that remote. Haha just like every other remote I own. Although there are several, the tulip, the orb, one for the car, USB, bamboo, aria, rainstone ... For now I will just enjoy this one. You can see them all at www.getoiling.com/greenangela
Just felt like I needed a fresh blend today in the diffuser. I used young living essential oils. 2 drops of Lavender, 2 drops of Rosemary and 2 drops of lemon. Of course I can never get 2 drops sometimes, it's more. Then I've got to balance out another oil. I've never mastered the secret to dropping
. #essentialoils #diffuser #youngliving #eo #lavender #lemon #rosemary I have the opportunity to work at a school with children who have special needs. Yesterday the class I worked with were age range 16-18. I4 students and myself discussed calming techniques. We made circles (basically pie shaped, like a balance wheel). Each pie slice we added what calms them down. The entries ranged from. Music, meditation, walking, quiet time, books, cake. Yes cake was an answer. My dog. Drawing. And so on. Several had these circles on taped to the desk. When they felt they couldn't communicate properly they are now able to just point to what they want. It helped them understand proper communication which also leads to
behavior modification. It also empowered them to know that they needed calming down and also that their needs are important and are being acknowledged. Mine included music, a warm bath, smells calm me down flowers, baked bread, essential oils,. Think about your list. What do you need to bring you back to your calm self? Do the people around you respect and acknowledge your needs. Why or why not? Oregano is a powerful oil. It's also a hot oil. Oh yeah. It's hot. Please heed my advice and use a carrier oil. I generally use coconut oil because it's so universal. Other oils like almond or jojoba are also acceptable. I have been researching this oil as I've heard many good things about how it kills germs (Awesome study here --->>>www.hindawi.com/journals/ecam/2011/690346/
Upper respiratory and coughs can be greatly reduced with oregano. This is my go to recipe if your ready to clear out the germs. I place it all in a roller ball and roll it on my feet, spine, & chest. It's stinky. You will sleep alone. Do not wear this to work, you may be sent home. If you want to diffuse it, obviously do not add the carrier oil. It will clog up your diffuser.
Orally. This is often a touchy subject. You need to do your own research on the benefits and/or risks of using oils this way. I put the above mixture in a gel capsule. But only if you have a top-grade, pure, ingestible form of oregano essential oil or oil of oregano. This method can provide immediate relief of your cold symptoms. |
