I've been carrying a little more stress than I should the last few weeks. I believe I have allowed some openings for a bug to get past my immune system. Yes the door was unlocked and the germs moved in. Just great. Lots of sneezing and wheezing going on. Well in my house we don't reach for over the counter meds, often. I'm not saying never, I'm saying, I find an alternative when ever possible. I have found using the oils has greatly helped me and my family. and I enjoy passing the information along. This is the essential oil recipe that I use. For immune system support.
Alternative would be to fill a vegetable capsule with it. (you can purchase these at health food stores) My method is to take the capsule 2 times a day with a meal and a glass of water. Or every 3-4 hours to lessen the severity of the illness. Not to exceed over a week. I only recommend using Young Living Essential Oils or if the company you are using states that the oil can be used internally. Not all oils can. I use this when I am at home and am able to make the capsules. Another alternative is to diffuse the combination. It certainly doesn't smell nice, but the object here is to get any airborne germs out of your living space.
